To update people on the NSF PRFB situation: despite the court challenge and rescinding the original memo, the NSF has continued to comply with the executive order. They have not communicated with us at all and our paychecks are still canceled indefinitely. I know people who cannot pay their rent.

🚨Exciting news!🚨 I am elated to announce that I have started a new position at the Oceans Dept. at Stanford as a @NSF OCE Postdoc Fellow working with Drs. Kristen Davis and Peter Edmunds. I am humbled and excited for this work, exploring coral community resilience in the #MCRLTER!

That was the #2 reason I picked CSUN, preceded only by the fact that the valley is home to the best sushi in the world.

If you’re at #wsn2023 come check out my talk today at 2:45 in Community Ecology II where I’ll be chatting about how exploring multitrophic perspectives in community ecology can broaden our understanding of ecological stability! #synchrony #stability #mpas
